After completing the apprenticeship, many trainees get permanent jobs in Nestlé or other top FMCG companies.
This year, Nestlé Pakistan is offering factory apprenticeship openings at its three major manufacturing sites: Kabirwala Factory (Khanewal), Sheikhupura Factory, and Port Qasim Factory (Karachi). If you live near these cities or are willing to relocate, this is a golden opportunity for you.
What is Nestlé Apprenticeship Program?
The Nestlé Apprenticeship Program is a government-approved technical training program under the Apprenticeship Ordinance. Under this program, Nestlé hires young trainees for a period of 1 to 3 years (depending on the trade) and provides them with both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on training inside its state-of-the-art factories.
The main purpose of this program is to create skilled manpower for Pakistan’s industrial sector and to provide youth with employable skills. Trainees get monthly stipend, free medical, safety equipment, and a learning environment that no local company can provide.
