  • All purpose flour (Maida) – 2 tablespoons dissolved in 1/4 cup of water

  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cinnamon stick – 1
  • Bay leaves – 2
    Cardamom – 2
  • Cloves – 8
  • Garam masala – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
  • Chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp

  • Yogurt – 3 tablespoons

  • Ghee or cooking oil – 1/2 cup

  • Nutmeg – Few pinches

  • Spice masala:

  • Make it as a powder

  • Fennel seeds – 2 tablespoons

  • 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorn

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • Ingredients For Garnishing:
  • 1 Onion fried to brown
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 2 Ginger strips sliced

Beef Handi


  • Beef ½ kg (boiled)
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Onion 2 (sliced)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green cardamoms 6
  • Black cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Garam masala powder 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 6 (sliced)
  • Handful green coriander (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a clay pot, add ghee and fry the onion until brown. Remove onion and blend with yogurt.
  2. In same ghee sauté ginger garlic paste then add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, green cardamoms, cumin seeds and bay leaves.
  3. When aroma comes add tomato and cook, now add boiled beef along yogurt mixture.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes. When gravy gets thickness add garam masala, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  5. Serve with naan or paratha.

پپلی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو عدد
پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔تین عدد
مصالحے کے لئے :
براﺅن پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک عدد
ٹماٹر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چار عدد
ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔تین عدد
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1کپ
زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ

Seekh Kabab Masala banane ka tarika


قیمہ کو چاپر میں ڈالیں ساتھ ہی نمک ، کٹی لال مرچ ، پسی ہوئی پپلی ، زیرہ ، دھنیا ، چوپ پیاز ، ہری مرچ ڈال کر چوپ کریں ۔
اب ان کا سیخ کباب بنالیں اور بہت تھوڑے تیل میں فرائی کریں ۔
پین میں 2/1کپ آئل میں ٹماٹر ،چوپ ہری مرچ ،کٹ لگا کر لہسن ادرک ڈالیں اور ساتھ ہی تمام مصالحہ ڈال کر ہلکا پانی شامل کرکے بھونیں اور براﺅن پیاز کا چورا ڈالیں کباب ڈال کر بھونیں ۔
پھر 2/1کپ پانی ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں چاہیں تو کوئلے کا دھواں دے دیں ۔

Mutton Paya


  • Lamb legs (paya) – 4
    Onions – 4 Medium sized
    • Tomatoes – 4 Medium sized
    • Fresh grated coconut – 2 Tbsp
    • Green Chillies – 5
    • Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
    • Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
    • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
    • Coriander Powder(Dhania Powder) – 1 Tbsp
    • Pepper Corns – 6 Crushed into small pieces
    • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
    • Elaichi – 4
    • Cloves – 6
    • Cinnamon – 2 Small sticks
    • Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp (Finely chopped)
    • Bay Leaf – 1
    • Cooking Oil – 3 Tbsp
    • Water
    • Salt – As per the taste
